Interior appliance cleaning, accessible cabinet interiors and exteriors, counters, backsplash, sinks and general kitchen surfaces as agreed in scope.
Attention to sinks, counters, toilets, tubs or showers, mirrors, fixtures and accessible floor and wall surfaces.
Interior surfaces, baseboards, accessible trim, window-sill areas, closets and floor care appropriate to the materials.
Carpet cleaning with standard treatment and extraction where appropriate. Stains that do not respond are flagged for the owner; complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
THE RIGHT ORDER
Cleaning works best when it follows sanding, painting, trim replacement and other dusty tasks. For coordinated turnarounds, we sequence services so you are not paying to have a unit cleaned twice.
At closeout, the unit’s final condition can be photographed and included in the owner’s turnover package. That creates a clearer handoff than a simple “cleaning completed” message.

Tell us what has been done and the condition of the property. We can assess the cleaning scope independently of a larger turnover project; scheduling and minimum job value are confirmed when quoting.
We can document the unit condition for the owner. Landlord and tenant inspection obligations remain with the owner or manager under applicable Alberta tenancy requirements.
